A long-time British diplomat and former head of UK Government international energy policy, Richard Folland has also worked for JPMorgan and with institutional investors. He has worked on climate change and energy policy since 2004. He is the Head of Policy and Engagement for Carbon Tracker, a strategic advisor to the energy and mining consultancy Critical Resource, and on the Policy Committee of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association.
