Background
This is a third Validation. On 29 June 2018, the EITI Board found that Sao Tome and Principe had made meaningful progress in implementing the EITI Standard (see Board decision 2018-36/BM-40). The Board established that progress in addressing three corrective actions would be assessed in a third Validation. The corrective actions were related to:
1. License Allocation (Requirement 2.2)
2. License Register ( Requirement 2.3)
3. Data Quality (Requirement 4.9)
