Aubrey Menard is Oxfam America’s Senior Policy Advisor for Extractive Industries Transparency. She provides policy analysis, research, and advocacy to support Oxfam’s agenda on economic justice and accountable governance. Aubrey has worked on governance issues in Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, Central America, and the United States for organizations such as the Natural Resources Governance Institute and Publish What You Pay. She is the author of "Young Mongols: Forging Democracy in the Wild, Wild East."
